On all our offers and contracts the The NLdigital terms and Conditions, filed with the Dutch court Midden-Nederland, location Utrecht apply. The legal relationship between supplier and customer is exclusively governed by Dutch law. Any disputes resulting from or relating to agreements contracted between the parties or agreements relating thereto shall be resolved exclusively by the District Court of Amsterdam, The Netherlands. No terms and conditions of purchasing, or any other terms and conditions, of customer will apply. The applicability of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded explicitly.

Golf Simulator Store has a NO REFUND policy. All sales are final. There are no refunds.

Software purchases are NON REFUNDABLE. You lose your right to cancel as soon as you download the software.
